Your Personal Stress and Burnout Coach/Counsellor

When we find something stressful we automatically trigger our acute stress response; this is a combination of our biological, physiological, psychological and behavioural stress responses. If we constantly trigger this response we will eventually burn it out.

When you understand what stress and burnout are you will be able to prevent, manage and reduce them. Your stress and burnout coach/counsellor will help you through the stress in your life. He/she will teach you life-lasting stress relief techniques to prevent, manage and reduce your stress levels.

Private Mediation

Sometimes it's hard to break the cycle of conflict within a relationship. Coaching/counselling will help you express your own reasons for the conflict but getting the other person, whether this is a friend, partner, child, family member or colleague to be willing to resolve the conflict is a totally different issue. If necessary we can mediate conflicts in your life so that you and the other person can resolve all issues and enjoy a better quality of life.
