Lunch & Learn Stress and Burnout Sessions

We know how busy you are and how difficult it can be for all your employees to be able to attend a wellbeing programme together, so we've developed short Lunch & Learn Stress and Burnout Sessions to help your staff develop long-term stress and burnout resilience.

These short introductory sessions focus on stress and burnout education, personal care, resilience and self-development; all vital for good physical and mental health and wellbeing.

How does it work?

You decide which session you need and we mix it up for you. Here's an example:
  • It all starts with stress awareness when you learn what stress and burnout actually are, how our stress response triggers our brain-body connection and how our brain-body connection can make us physically and mentally ill.
  • We examine what coping is and how we can get our coping strategies mixed up with our defence mechanisms.
  • We explain what the goals of coping are and you assess your own coping strategies; are they working? Are you coping?
  • Then we round it all up with some well-known stress relief techniques and some not so well-known but just as vital for your stress relief toolkit.
  • Because one size does not fit all, we finish with suggestions for your personal stress relief programme; one that will get you through the rest of your life.
