About Us

We are a team of qualified psychologists and counsellors specialising in the prevention, reduction and management, of stress, burnout, anxiety and depression. We provide psychology, counselling, coaching, stress education and stress management programmes for our private clients.

For our corporate clients, we advise, inform, educate and train management and staff in the prevention, reduction and management of stress-related illness, burnout and psychosocial risks in the workplace. We provide evidence-based stress and burnout education programmes, stress management workshops, stress and burnout coaching and counselling, lunch & to learn stress and burnout sessions, conflict mediation and stress and burnout consultation for groups and one-on-one sessions, in private and corporate settings.
Since 2009 Joan has provided therapeutic help and support to her private clients. Joan still continues to provide therapeutic help and support to her private clients while focusing on writing, developing and presenting evidence-based, interactive stress and burnout educational programmes, stress management workshops and stress and burnout coaching and counselling programmes for groups and one-on-one sessions, in the workplace.

Since completing four years of training in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy I have gained more than 25 years’ experience in providing therapeutic support to individuals of all ages. Working from my consulting room in Norfolk UK, I specialise in stress and anxiety management, delivering a range of therapeutic approaches designed to help an individual develop an understanding of stress and new skills to facilitate change for better life management.
